As a user of DA Voice, you are solely responsible for the text you input and the audio you generate. You agree not to use our service to generate audio that:

• Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
• Impersonates real individuals for malicious purposes, scams, or deepfakes.
• Contains illegal content or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to permanently block IP addresses that repeatedly violate these usage rules.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Text-to-Speech engine will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors at all times.

In no event shall DA Voice or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the audio generated on our platform.
